WORCESTER – A school-record six WPI student-athletes spanning field hockey and women's rowing have been selected to the 2025 NCAA Division III College Sports Communicators Women's At-Large Academic All-District®Team, as announced in mid-June.

WORCESTER --- WPI senior Tanner Thatcher has been named to the 2024-25 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Men's At-Large Team, recognizing the standout wrestler for his exceptional achievements in both competition and the classroom as announced in mid-June.

Westwood, MA --- 22 members of the WPI women's rowing team were honored with spots on the 2025 NEWMAC Spring Academic All-Conference Team, as announced by the league office. The Engineers tied with Wellesley for the second-most selections by a conference team, behind only Smith.

WORCESTER -- WPI Baseball placed four student-athletes on the 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) NCAA Division III Baseball Academic All-District Team. Representing the Crimson and Gray were seniors Andrew Cash and Tommy Burns, junior Jonathan Lattimer, and junior Jacob Wiberg.

WORCESTER --- WPI Softball had five student-athletes named to the 2025 College Sports Communicators NCAA Division III Academic All-District Team as announced this week. Representing the Engineers were juniors Meg Sherwood and Destiny Lum, and sophomores Naomi Boldebuck, Virginia McKinney, and Sandy Fairbairn. All five earned the prestigious recognition for the first time in their careers.

Westwood, MA --- Fourteen members of the WPI women's track and field team earned spots on the 2025 NEWMAC Spring Academic All-Conference Team, as announced by the league office.
