Professor Steve Taylor is from Worcester Polytechnic Institute Business School, in Massachusetts, USA. Professor Taylor's research is focused on two areas:1. Organisational aesthetics: the idea that management is as much an art as it is a science, and applies art-based scholarship and practice to management and organisations. 2. Reflective practice: the ability to analyse our own actions and learn from that how to be more effective, ethical, and artful as managers and leaders.At the heart of Professor Taylor's work as a researcher and teacher, is his own practice as a playwright. His plays have been performed in England, France, Poland, Canada, New Zealand, Italy, and the USA. At around 11:40 a.m. June 22, the WPI High Power Rocketry Club crew launched Capricornus, its solid-fueled rocket, into the skies over New Mexico. Blasting just beyond its 10,000-foot goal, the 12-foot-long, 70-pound rocket deployed its parachute after reaching an apogee of 10,264 feet, and gently returned to the ground.
