Professor Steve Taylor is from Worcester Polytechnic Institute Business School, in Massachusetts, USA. Professor Taylor's research is focused on two areas:1. Organisational aesthetics: the idea that management is as much an art as it is a science, and applies art-based scholarship and practice to management and organisations.
2. Reflective practice: the ability to analyse our own actions and learn from that how to be more effective, ethical, and artful as managers and leaders.At the heart of Professor Taylor's work as a researcher and teacher, is his own practice as a playwright. His plays have been performed in England, France, Poland, Canada, New Zealand, Italy, and the USA. From Professor Taylor's work in the theatre, he has come to realise that learning is a whole body sport and this belief informs both his research and teaching.The free resource link:
