Joining Harris in the weekly honors was Addison Klunder of Smith, who was chosen as the NEWMAC Offensive Athlete of the Week.
The senior libero anchored the back row for the Engineers with 48 digs across a three-match week. Harris tallied 10 digs in a four-set win at Amherst, delivered a team-high 18 digs in a three-set battle with Lasell, and capped the week with a match-best 20 digs in a five-set victory over Plymouth State. Across the three matches, Harris averaged nearly four digs per set while handling a team-high volume of serve receptions, spearheading a defensive unit that held opponents to a collective .191 hitting percentage.

This week's honor is the first-career nod from the NEWMAC for Harris and is the most recent since Catherine Reynolds in October of 2023.
WPI (5-2) continues non-conference play with a busy week, visiting UMass Dartmouth on Tuesday at 6pm before hosting Tufts on Wednesday at 6pm inside the WPI Sports & Recreation Center. The Engineers then travel to Western New England for a Saturday tri-match, squaring off with the Golden Bears at 11am and Keene State at 1pm.
