WPI IT is investigating certificate issues with GlobalProtect.
Impact
GlobalProtect VPN services from off-campus are not available for login. This issue impact is wide-reaching, beyond WPI connections.
Action Needed
Use Pulse Secure VPN or a RAP to securely connect to WPI's network from off-campus. Following the outage, GlobalProtect VPN users will need to reconnect.
